Approach to development:

Basically in most of the context the state as well the civil society organizations develop projects and try to make the community participate in the program. Obviously the program ownership is remaining with the state or civil society. As a result, the program will be either failure or success in name sake.  From the initial days of origin, FACE remains facilitative in all the grounds among staff team, community organizations and etc. So, every related stakeholder including staff of FACE has a strong ownership of the programs. That is the real root cause of all our successes.
